20mm pine bark
Description: 20mm Pine bark is a byproduct of the timber industry. It is a graded, brown to reddish-brown coloured mulch produced from the bark of the tree.
Usage: This product is suitable for use in garden beds. When laid on top of the garden at 50-100mm thick, 20mm Pine Bark:
- helps to suppress weed growth
- helps to retain soil moisture by reducing evaporation
- regulates soil temperature fluctuations to optimise plant growth
- increases organic matter over time
