Heavy-duty galvanised steel
U-pins — the right fastener for synthetic turf installed on soft sub-bases
(soil, compost, existing lawn, crushed rock with fines). The U-shape spreads
load over two prongs, so it holds firm without pulling through, and sits low
enough to disappear under the turf blades.
Key features
- Heavy-duty galvanised steel — rust-resistant and built
to last
- U-shape design spreads load and grips soft ground
better than straight nails
- 50 pack — enough to secure a typical small residential
job
- Low-profile crown sits below pile height
- Paired with our joining tape for a complete install kit
Best for
- Soft sub-bases — soil, compost, established lawns
- Perimeter securing on garden-bed edges and borders
- Weed-matting and geotextile pinning
- Anywhere a spiralised nail would simply push through

Installation tip
Push pins in by hand first to
set the line, then drive home with a mallet until the crown is flush with the
backing. For installs that cross from soft ground onto a paved or compacted
edge, switch from U-pins to spiralised nails at the transition point.
