Our Weed Mat is fabricated from a woven polypropylene material, which is comprised entirely of recycled components. It has a density of 85gsm, and it has been UV-stabilized. The mat is black in color and is available in prepackaged dimensions of 1800mm x 5m and 10m, as well as bulk rolls of 1800mm x 25m, 50m, 100m.

GUIDELINES:
Begin by clearing the area of weeds and grass using a weed killer. Refer to the instructions on the weed killer product to ascertain when you can lay down the Weed Mat.
Once cleared, unfurl the Weed Mat across the prepared ground. If you're using more than one piece, ensure there's a 5cm overlap between the pieces.
To prevent sunlight from degrading the fabric and allowing weed growth, cover the mat with at least 50mm of mulch, bark, or similar material.
Cut a hole in the mat where you plan to plant new greenery or to accommodate existing plants.
