When ordering our products online, the following delivery guidelines apply. Products are divided into three categories: small, medium and bulk (see the question below for the definitions and examples).The tables below outlines the online ordering guidelines based on the 3 categories:

Small and Medium Products​

• Small product: $15 flat delivery fee
• Medium Product: Delivered by truck; fee varies by location

Bulk Products

• 1 Bulk Product
• • Less than 0.5 cubic meters: Pick-up only
  • 0.5 to 6 cubic meters: Delivered by 1 truck
  • 6 to 12 cubic meters: Delivered by 2 trucks

• • More than 12 cubic meters: Complex order; call your nearest store

• 2 Bulk Products
• • 1 to 4 cubic meters: Delivered by 1 truck
  • 4 to 6 cubic meters: Delivered by 2 trucks

• • More than 12 cubic meters: Complex order; call your nearest store 

• 3 Bulk Products
• • Any quantity: Complex order; call your nearest store

Firewood

• Firewood Only
  
• • Up to 3 tonnes: Delivered by 1 truck
  • More than 3 tonnes: Complex order; call your nearest store
• Combined with a Small Product: 
• • Any quantity: Delivered by truck; fee varies by location​
    
  • 1 to 4 cubic meters: Delivered by 1 truck

• Combined with Medium or Bulk Products
• • Any quantity: Complex order; call your nearest store

 Our products are divided into three categories:

• Small: Items easily carried in your hands or fitting inside a car's cab, such as a 5kg bag of kindling, weed mat, or a tub of lawn seeds.
• Medium: Larger items requiring trailer transport, such as railway sleepers, synthetic turf, bagged bulk products etc.
• Bulk: Products sold by the cubic metre, such as mulch, soil, rock, etc.

Delivery rules and restrictions apply to these products, whether ordered individually or combined. See the question above to view the rules.

​For most deliveries, there is a delivery charge. The charge depends on the volume being delivered and the suburb it is being delivered to. Please ask about delivery charges when you place your order.

Online delivery is not available for quantities under 0.5 cubic meters. For these smaller amounts, you can arrange delivery by phone or by visiting your nearest store to arrange it. Click here to find your nearest store.

Alternatively, you can pick up quantities less than 0.5 cubic meters from your nearest store, provided you have a suitable trailer and secure the load properly.

Yes, we can split loads depending on the product and volume. You will need to discuss with your store to confirm availability.
