FAQ
Deliveries
How long will delivery take?
We aim to deliver all orders same day, and normally within a few hours. We recommend ordering the day before to secure your preferred delivery window, especially in the warmer months.
Is there a delivery charge?
For most deliveries, there is a delivery charge. The charge depends on the volume being delivered and the suburb it is being delivered to. Please ask about delivery charges when you place your order.
Can I order less than 1 cubic metre?
Yes, you can buy as little as ¼ cubic metre, also ½ and ¾ cubic metre loads. There will be a delivery surcharge for orders under 1 cbm.
We also have all our products available in bags. For most products, there are approximately 60 bags to the cubic metre. We have larger bags for our mulches. There are approximately 25 bags of mulch to the cubic metre.
Can I order a split load?
Yes, we can split loads depending on the product and volume. You will need to discuss with your store to confirm availability.
Will your trucks fit my delivery location?
Please refer to our vehicle guide to see the measurements of our delivery fleet. If you're unsure if a truck will fit, please speak to our store staff.
Ordering
How do I know how much to order?
Most bulk products are ordered by the cubic metre (m3). To calculate, multiply the length x width x depth in metres
Example: 1m x 3x .3m = .9m3
Are you trade only?
We welcome all customers from trade, retail to wholesale
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Eftpos, Visa and Mastercard
Can I pick up an order?
Yes, we can load your ute and trailer directly from our loaders. If you don't have one, you can also purchase by the bag which our staff will help load into your vehicle
Why does my delivery look different to the image?
Many of our products are sourced directly from the natural environment or via our recycling programs. As a result, there will be natural variation in things like colour or size. We recommend visiting our stores to see the product in person first.
How much can I fit in a 6 x 4 trailer?
With a single axle trailer, for heavy materials like soil, pebbles and rocks, we recommend .5m3 maximum. Light materials like mulch can hold 1m3 with a tarp to secure the load.
