A temporary 5% fuel levy is currently applied to all orders as a separate line item.
Rising global fuel prices are being felt across the entire supply chain — not just at the bowser. Our suppliers are facing higher input and freight costs to produce, which flows through to the prices we pay. On top of that, we're carrying the cost of getting those products from suppliers into our stores, and then out to you.
Rather than quietly absorb these increases into our product pricing, we've chosen to be transparent by applying a clearly visible levy, so you can see exactly what you're paying and why.
The levy applies to the total invoice value of your order — whether you're picking up in store or having your order delivered — and has been in effect from 16 March 2026.
