This SHAPESCAPER Ribbed Stake is 300mm long and is used to anchor Redcor steel garden edging firmly in the ground. It is recommended for 100mm edging, following the guide that a stake should be more than double the height of the edging profile.
Ribbed stakes are designed for standard edging profiles between 75mm and 185mm, providing solid anchoring and reinforcement for most garden edging projects. Like the rest of the SHAPESCAPER system, the stake has pre-drilled holes for quick, accurate fixing.
As a guide, use about three stakes per 2.4m length of edging at roughly 810mm intervals, or four for straight runs. Stakes are an essential part of the system and are matched to the edging height.
