This SHAPESCAPER Heavy Duty L-Profile Stake is 780mm long and is used to anchor Redcor steel garden edging firmly in the ground. It is recommended for 390mm edging, following the guide that a stake should be more than double the height of the edging profile.
The L-shaped profile gives extra fortification for broader, taller edging, making these stakes the go-to choice for demanding commercial and intensive applications. Like the rest of the SHAPESCAPER system, the stake has pre-drilled holes for quick, accurate fixing.
As a guide, use about three stakes per 2.4m length of edging at roughly 810mm intervals, or four for straight runs. Stakes are an essential part of the system and are matched to the edging height.
